Haven't been working much on the bot lately, but for those of you who are new to the world and experiencing difficulties these fixes apply mostly to you. If you continue to have problems in the world, please contact me!

- Fixed long list of issues that caused problems for new users, such as health never regenerating, hydration/nutrition never decreasing, fishing, mining, etc..

- Updated the home location for Tir'an.

- Added a trade command for builders to use in quests (originally released in the previous version, but never properly announced).

- Added a hurt command for builders to use in quests.

- Added a new low-level spell called Narrate.
