I thought this should be said.
Though Prolix is a nation of Warriors, we will not be the first to attack, ever. Nor will we be forced into any type of battle. The prehistoric thoughts of flashing weapons before speaking will not be apart of this nation's characteristics. I've noticed a few "battle-ready" elves from Tir'an, and this I do not mind. We are to decide our own actions and fate. If we do not declare war, there will be no war. If you see otherwise, so be it.
Let us relieve our minds of cave-man thoughts and actions so that we can progress in our technologies.
