Retreiving arrows seems to be an ongoing problem as people are simply not retreiving them and clogging the targets. I have put 'Please Retreive.." signs up but it hasn't seemed to help. I'd like to suggest a solution that arrows be coded so anyone may retreive them. If someone fires 20 arrows and doesnt pick them up, tough luck. The next person gets 20 free arrows.
