The combat system is great, except for one factor.
There is no "missing". As you notice in the AWRPG combat system no matter what you will get a few misses in there. The arena tournaments are a little less exciting because all u have to do is keep clicking? u never have a risk of missing.. Nobodys that perfect...

easily implementable..
also the current combat equation for figuring damage is:
(Player strength x player's weapon damage) - enemy's total defense ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- player's weapon damage
enemy's total defense = enemy's def skill + def of enemy's armor + def of enemy's shield
